Yesterday, October 30, I ran my 150th day of continual running.  A seven mile run around Turn Point - Pear Point Loop, while watching the sun arise from it's slumber.

Over the past 150 days my body has been doing really well.  Some aches and pains, but nothing serious.  I have learned that I need a good 30 minutes to really warm-up and feel good.  On those days where I only run three miles, I never really get to that point of enjoying my run, which can be a tad frustrating.

Don't know when my streak will end, with autumn here and winter around the corner I best keep it up to keep my running up during the dark days.  I have moved my runs to the morning.  With the darkness I feel safer in the mornings than after work.

Run On,

Clark
