View Article  Chicken Fat
When I was a young boy in elementary school our P.E. program consisted of going to the gym/lunch room and our P.E. teacher would put a record on a portable player and played this exercised base song "Chicken Fat".  The whole experience was a ball.  I still know some of the words to the song.

Today I was telling Samantha about the song and I received one of those "have you lost your mind" looks, which I receive all to often.  I did a Google search to find the song and redeem myself.  And guess what, I found it.

Here you go.  Enjoy:  http://www.clubcourtyard.com/ChickenFat.html.  Don't forget to turn up the volume!
